Size Guide – How to Measure Yourself

Size Guide

Use a soft measuring tape for all measurements. Have a friend help where possible for accuracy.

A CHEST (A)

A - Chest

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal. Keep arms relaxed at your sides.

B SHOULDER (B) (viewed from back)

B - Shoulder

Measure across the back, from shoulder point to shoulder point across the shoulder blades. Keep tape straight and horizontal.

C START END neck to shoulder to wrist

C - Sleeve Length

Start at the centre back of the neck, run the tape over the shoulder and down to the wrist bone.

D no shoes HEIGHT (D)

D - Height

Stand straight against a wall without shoes. Mark the top of your head and measure from the floor up to the mark.

Tips for Accurate Measuring

  • Use a soft fabric measuring tape - rigid rulers will give inaccurate results.
  • Wear fitted clothing or measure over thin underlayers for the most accurate fit.
  • Keep the tape snug but not tight - you should be able to slip one finger underneath.
  • Always measure twice and use the average if the readings differ.
  • Ask a friend to help - especially for chest and shoulder measurements.
